Our company celebrates its 20th anniversary today. The commemorative activities of this happy event will be spread over the whole of 2022.
The history of PCCI goes hand in hand with Senegal’s journey to become the 1st destination for French-speaking offshore call centers in Sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2002, shareholder leadership resulted in the establishment of PCCI with 300 seats for its very first project as a pioneer in contact center industry in the region.
Since then, PCCI has become synonymous with iconic projects. Today, PCCI enjoys a position of trust established over the years of uncompromising quality.
We are proud that the PCCI brand, developed in Senegal, is recognized in international markets ranging from Paris to Central and Southern Africa.
It is our progressive visions and our efforts that have made PCCI the Company that it is, that is to say, the First Senegalese Multinational claiming a footprint in 9 Countries.
