This Wednesday, July 6, 2022, Canal+ officially launches a new customer relations center in presence of Cote d’Ivoire national press


This brand new Customer Relations Center located in Abidjan / Treichville reflects Canal+’s desire to be ever closer to its subscribers and to offer them a superior and unparalleled customer experience. This customer relations center is the second and several others may be created throughout the territory.

In evidence, several subscribers will be able to benefit from 100% personalized assistance and support in French and especially in several local languages, in particular Dioula, Baoule, Bete and Attie. All customer requests can now be processed in these different languages.

According to Mr. Bakary FOFANA, Director of Customer Experience at CANAL+, this ultra-modern contact center will allow CANAL+ to offer a superior quality of service and be close to Canal+ subscribers.

Thanks to this partnership between PCCI and Canal+, 100 young Ivorian’s will work on this site in optimal conditions. This partnership should continue to the delight of subscribers and young Ivorian graduates, as underlined by Mr. PAPE NDOYE, PCCI General Manager.
