Aminata Diop Boye, the one affectionately known as “Ms. Boye”, a woman who impresses with her professionalism and the extent of her knowledge in the business, has made a place for herself in the hearts of people at PCCI. A look back at her rich career outlined by simplicity and devotion.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Boye, do we still need to introduce her? Oh no, so Aminata was able to impose herself throughout her career as a simple and natural lady. She joined PCCI on March 18th, 2002) as an intern to replace Seynabou Diop at short notice, who was on leave. Since then, she has remained loyal to the Finance and Accounting Department, where she currently holds the position of Head of Accounting.<\/p>\n
On March 8, on the occasion of the celebration of the day dedicated to women, the General Management, did not miss the opportunity to give this exceptional woman a strong tribute for services rendered to PCCI through a particularly enthusiastic leadership. Mrs. Boye was delighted with this great respect of the board towards her person: \u201cI am really delighted with this mark of recognition\u201d. Further on, she again declared with a sudden rush of nostalgia: “When I joined PCCI, I immediately said to myself that I was ‘in the right place’ because of the rigor that was visible and the youth empowerment that felt. 20 years later, the situation has not changed. PCCI remains a school for anyone who loves to work and move forward. I am \u201cin my place and in the right place\u201d\u2026 And speaking of the present, she adds this: \u201cPCCI still has to give and to demonstrate. \u00bb<\/p>\n
In some difficult times, Ms. Boye has been there to support her company. Today, she is proud to have contributed to advancing PCCI towards humanism, a balanced and transparent place sharing opportunities for the benefit of PCCI\u2019s men and women.<\/p>\n
On one side, Ms. Boye is a believer. She performs the five daily prayers during the prescribed times. It is part of an outpouring of disinterested generosity, led by equity put at the service of all, and an unshakeable faith in a radiant, stable and innovative PCCI.<\/p>\n
On the other side, strong in her talent and in solidarity with the company’s concerns, Ms. Boye intends to continue to “serve PCCI” with determination. Fine and intelligent, the one who is today the head of the accounting department is described as smiling, warm, and simple. “We never heard her speak bad words of anyone\u2026”I don’t know a person who didn’t fell for his charm.” \u201c, assure her colleagues Khoudia, Maimouna and Marina.<\/p>\n
