My dear PCCI team members, alumni<\/strong><\/br><\/p>\n

Our company celebrates its 20th anniversary today. The commemorative activities of this happy event will be spread over the whole of 2022.<\/p>\n

The history of PCCI goes hand in hand with Senegal’s journey to become the 1st destination for French-speaking offshore call centers in Sub-Saharan Africa.<\/p>\n

In 2002, shareholder leadership resulted in the establishment of PCCI with 300 seats for its very first project as a pioneer in contact center industry in the region.<\/p>\n

Since then, PCCI has become synonymous with iconic projects. Today, PCCI enjoys a position of trust established over the years of uncompromising quality.<\/p>\n

We are proud that the PCCI brand, developed in Senegal, is recognized in international markets ranging from Paris to Central and Southern Africa.<\/p>\n

It is our progressive visions and our efforts that have made PCCI the Company that it is, that is to say, the First Senegalese Multinational claiming a footprint in 9 Countries.<\/p>\n

Our Corporate Social Responsibility ethic and our culture of sharing demand that we give back.<\/p>\n

We engage with our people in ways that alleviate hardship, meet needs, and provide the skills and learning necessary for a sustainable future.<\/p>\n
